01 — The Problem

A high-quality course. An audience that didn't know it existed.

The client had built a comprehensive online course with genuine transformation outcomes — but was relying entirely on organic reach and referrals to drive enrolments. Growth had plateaued, and the pathway to scaling nationally was unclear.

The challenge wasn't product quality. It was visibility, positioning, and a conversion system that could turn cold traffic into paying students at a cost that made commercial sense.


02 — Our Approach

Paid traffic means nothing without a funnel to land it on.

We started by building the conversion infrastructure before spending a dollar on ads. A dedicated enrolment funnel — optimised landing pages, outcome-focused copy, social proof, and a clear pricing and offer structure — was the foundation everything else ran on.

Meta campaigns were structured around audience temperature: broad awareness creative for cold audiences, testimonial and outcome-led content for warm retargeting, and direct-response enrolment ads for bottom-of-funnel. We tested aggressively in weeks one and two to identify winning creatives before scaling spend.

Email automation handled the nurture layer — a sequence that walked leads through the curriculum, outcomes, and FAQs over 5–7 days, with strategic urgency windows around enrolment periods.

CRM and pipeline tracking gave the client visibility into lead quality at every stage, so the sales conversation (where required) was warm and well-timed rather than cold and disjointed.
